NEW: In accordance with West Virginia COVID guidelines, my home studio will open for small group classes limited to 4 people. I will keep classes available for drop in only, maintaining flexibility to be responsive in case state COVID guidelines change. To keep everyone safe, please bring your own mat and wear a mask while entering the studio. The facility and equipment will be cleaned with an alcohol based sanitizer before and after each class. In person classes are $15, with one free class for every 4 consecutive purchases.
Online participation via ZOOM is always available, fee is $8.
