Keeping healthy people well is the greatest impact we can have on our collective health. For this reason, Wellbeing Solutions training is a collaboration with individuals and employers - to prioritize self-care as healthcare - connecting personal, community, and environmental wellbeing.

Our training is available through online webinars, in-person workshops, and is customizable for organizations and worksites.

Not just for you, but for the people you serve. our webinars will help you establish essential self-care practices for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Webinars are designed to give you an introduction to practices that you can implement right away.

Mental Fitness Immersion

Mental fitness is your ability to respond to life’s challenges with a positive, rather than negative, mindset. In the Mental Fitness Immersion, we work in a ‘POD’ group to help strengthen each of your three core mental fitness muscles: Self Command, Saboteur Interceptor, and Sage.

Group Coaching Programs

This six-week program is designed for health-conscious, professional women who want to improve their stress management and practice the self-care they know they need.

Work-life balance continues to be a major source of stress for most Americans. Helping employees live and work optimally goes beyond ‘prevention’. Instead, it is essential that we create a culture of health, and that wellbeing is actively managed as a top priority.

Wellbeing Solutions’ approach begins with an evaluation of your organization’s population, using personal wellbeing assessments, key stakeholder interviews, and focus groups. Next, we collaborate on a system to support whole-person wellbeing, increase resilience, reduce work-related stress, and increase productivity.

Employers have the option of choosing services designed to meet their needs including: online wellbeing management platform; webinars; workshops, individual and group coahcing; and half or full day retreats.

Training workshops enhance learning, facilitate group cohesion, and engage learners in the process of insightful reflection and dialogue. Workshops address whole-person well-being and are available in person upon request in facilities where COVID safety guidelines can be followed.

Groups, organizations and worksites can request workshops as stand-alone offerings, or as part of a series designed to address the unique needs of their population. Workshops incorporate all Wellness Dimensions.
