Though it may seem counterintuitive, taking time for a wellness getaway is essential for staying at the top of your professional game and for deepening meaningful relationships. No one benefits if you are exhausted or irritable.

Colleen Harshbarger is a life-long nature, yoga, and adventure enthusiast who has been leading retreats since 2017 and facilitating groups for over 20 years. She knows the challenges of carving out personal time and mindfully crafts experiences that leave participants feeling restored and rejuvenated.

Bring only your personal belongings and a willingness to explore, and let us take care of the details, knowing that all of your health and wellness needs will be met. Extended-day retreats typically include meditation, energizing and restorative yoga, outdoor adventures, healthy whole foods, and massage. All activities are ‘challenge by choice’, allowing everyone to participate in ways that best meet their needs.

Canaan Valley

Nestled in the mountains of West Virginia’s Canaan Valley region, these retreats provide the perfect opportunity for a nature immersion. Outdoor recreation abounds and may include hiking, trail running, kayaking, mountain biking and cross country skiing.

This quiet and peaceful Greek Island is an ideal place to hike, swim and immerse yourself in nature. The retreat center is conveniently located near the bay and within walking distance of sandy beaches.
